TERMS & CONDITIONS


DELIVERIES       
Unless agreed the gallery will not accept transport costs.

CONSIGNMENT   
Mumford Fine Art Ltd does not have a refund or return policy.
A deposit and signed agreement is required if a work of art is borrowed by a client for viewing off of Mumford Fine Art Ltd. premises. In some cases proof of insurance is required.

PAYMENT   
Unless otherwise agreed payment must be made within 7 days of confirmation of purchase, or interest charges may apply.
Full payment must be received by Mumford Fine Art  Ltd. prior to artwork being collected by or delivered to a client or recipient.
A 3% fee is charged for purchases made with credit cards. Payment made by debit card, cheque and bank transfer do not incur any such fees.

PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENT
Purchases made by installments require a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total purchase price.
The full balance of the accompanying invoice must be made within 6 months of the date on which the deposit is made. If the invoice amount is not paid for in full within the 6 month period, the initial deposit is forfeited by the client, while any other payments that have been made to Mumford Fine Art Ltd. towards the purchase will be refunded to the client, and the client will in no way own any part of the artwork. .

RIGHTS   
Ownership only passes to the buyer when payment has been received in full by Mumford Fine Art Ltd. ‘Full payment‘ is that amount stated on the accompanying Invoice, unless interest or other charges apply.
