Terms & Conditions of Sale

DELIVERIES
Unless agreed the gallery will not accept transport costs.

CONSIGNMENT
Mumford Fine Art Ltd does not have a refunds or returns policy.

A deposit and signed agreement is required if a work of art is borrowed by a client for viewing off of Mumford Fine Art Ltd. premises. In some cases proof of insurance is required.

PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed payment must be made within 7 days of confirmation of purchase.

Full payment must be received by Mumford Fine Art prior to an artwork being purchased is collected by or delivered to the client or recipient. A 3% fee is charged for purchases made with credit cards. Payment with debit cards, cheques or online transfers do not incur any additional fee.
